CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic vascular surgeon Jeffrey DeCaprio, MD, brings over 20 years of experience and is committed to providing comprehensive patient care. His expertise includes minimally invasive catheter procedures, peripherical vascular disease and procedures, and aortic aneurysms.
Dr. DeCaprio earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Tufts University in Medford, MA, and his Doctor of Medicine at New York University in New York, NY. He completed his residency in general surgery at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, TX. Dr. DeCaprio completed his vascular and endovascular surgery fellowship at New York University in New York, NY.
After his fellowship, Dr. DeCaprio served as a vascular surgeon and as a major in the United States Air Force at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX. Dr. DeCaprio served his country during Operation Enduring Freedom and provided surgical care to our wounded soldiers in Afghanistan.
After his honorable discharge from the Air Force, Dr. DeCaprio moved to Texarkana, TX.
