Jennifer Carter, WHCNP, is a board-certified women’s health nurse practitioner at CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic, committed to providing expert care throughout a woman’s life. With a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University, Jennifer combines advanced clinical science with a strong focus on patient-centered decision-making. She is especially dedicated to helping women manage the complex hormonal changes from menarche through menopause, ensuring every patient in Sulphur Springs has an evidence-based plan for their health.

In today’s modern health climate, Jennifer sees herself as an advocate for her patients, helping them cut through the noise of social media trends to find the best practice guidelines tailored to their unique goals. Whether managing a pregnancy or navigating hormonal shifts, she provides a compassionate and steady hand.

Her life is a testament to the "active wellness" she encourages in her patients; she is a marathoner who enjoys hiking, golfing, traveling, and walking with her weighted vest. At home, Jennifer embraces the science of nutrition by milling her own grains for fresh-baked bread. Fun fact: she skydived with her friends when they hit a milestone birthday!
