Meet Jennifer Urban, FNP
At CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic, Jennifer Urban, FNP, believes health care should be personal, approachable, and empowering. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences.
With more than 20 years of experience, Jennifer has cared for patients in primary care, hematology, oncology, emergency medicine, and women’s health. Today, she focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness education. She is dedicated to helping patients take control of their health and feel confident in their care.
Her extensive background in health care gives her unique insight when guiding patients through complex diagnoses, always with empathy and clarity. Jennifer is passionate about education and works closely with patients to create care plans that fit their lives. Whether it’s managing diabetes, controlling blood pressure, or providing routine checkups, she believes informed patients make the best decisions for their health.
Jennifer’s mission is simple: to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that supports every patient’s journey toward better health.
