Meet Jessica Jackson, DO
Dr. Jessica Jackson is a board‑certified family medicine physician with extensive experience caring for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She provides comprehensive care for adults across a wide range of medical needs, including internal medicine, family medicine, geriatric care, and urgent care.
Dr. Jackson earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she graduated in the top 20% of her class. She completed her family medicine residency at Shenandoah Valley Family Practice Residency at VCU in Front Royal, Virginia, and has been practicing as a hospitalist since 2016. She is also certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine.
In addition to patient care, Dr. Jackson is passionate about medical education and has been actively involved in teaching family medicine residents and physician assistant students in internal medicine and hospital medicine. She brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to care, with a strong focus on accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and clear communication with patients and care teams.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Jackson enjoys cycling and spinning, traveling, knitting, gardening, and hiking.
