About
Soon after starting medical school, Dr. Jonathan Greenfeld recognized how difficult it must be for a parent to have a sick child, whether the condition was serious or not. He felt that caring for a sick child is an opportunity to care for the child and the parents. He is grateful to the parents who entrusted him with their children’s care. He believes children are our society's most important, valued, and sanctified members.
With more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Greenfeld's professional expertise includes emergency care of abdominal and thoracic conditions, including complex anomalies and routine problems such as inguinal, umbilical, abdominal wall, and other hernias. He is particularly interested in caring for children with Hirschsprung’s Disease.
Away from work, Dr. Greenfeld enjoys amateur competitive car racing. He has been married for over 30 years and has two grown sons.
