Meet Joseph Wright, MD

J. Keith Wright, M.D. has been in practice in San Antonio since 2001, specializing in minimally invasive general, bariatric, and reflux surgery. He has extensive training with gastric bypass, gastric sleeve, Lap-band, single anastomosis loop duodenal switch, gastric balloon, and revisional surgery. He graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch, completed surgical training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, then completed additional bariatric training through Ohio State and Duke Universities. He is Board-Certified by the American Board of Surgery. He founded South Texas Surgeons, PA with Gerardo Carcamo, M.D. in 2003. Dr. Wright serves as the Medical Director of the CHRISTUS Weight Los Institute of Westover Hills.
