If there was not a Dr. Pitts I don't reckon I would ever go to a doctor. That's how devoted to this doctor and her team!!

Hard work dedicated and most of all these two doctors actually do call backs and follow ups with their patients which is almost non existent in today's society !! The staff are also helpful as well as patient with the elderly I believe Dr pitts and Dr Hanover are God sent to my sister and I and the whole staff is too!! And that's something money cannot buy thanks to the whole office!! And to the both Drs

Dr Pitts takes the time to really listen to her patients and her staff is top notch!! If I don’t understand something I can call and ask questions. Her staff Rhonda and Courtney are always to really listen and explain anything I don’t understand.

After I got home I called back to the office with a question on a blood work order; I was told they would return my call. That was on the 19th. On the 21st I called again and the recording said they would return my call by the end of the day— it is Saturday the 23rd and I still have not heard from anyone. Very disappointed in this.
