Your health is important to you and it’s important to us at CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic, where Lexi Monds, NP, is committed to providing comprehensive care to her patients. Her areas of expertise include fetal heart monitoring, care plans, and experience as a labor and delivery nurse with CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances. She has managed and cared for high acuity OB patients and triaged OB patients and can perform cervical exams, speculum exams, and more.
Lexi earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Addison, IL.
Lexi is committed to delivering quality patient care close to home.
