Clarissa is dedicated to collaborating with all members of the health team to provide excellent care to her patients.

As a certified nurse practitioner specializing in adult gerontology, Clarissa brings 25-plus years of experience as a nurse working with a variety of adult medicine specialties, and provides same-day sick visits, wellness exams, including sports physicals, as well as managing acute and chronic illnesses .

She earned her master's degree from Maryville University in Missouri, completing her clinical practicum in Corpus Christi. Clarissa also received a Master of Administration with a concentration in Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, and a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Education, from Kaplan University.

She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, listening to live music and painting.
