Dr. Marianne Peck is a board-certified OB/GYN bringing more than 15 years of experience in women's health, obstetrics, and gynecologic surgery to East Texas. A graduate of Baylor College of Medicine, where she also completed her Obstetrics & Gynecology residency and served as Administrative Chief Resident, Dr. Peck has built a reputation for delivering personalized care and surgical excellence. Throughout her career, she has maintained a high-volume obstetric and gynecologic practice while helping train future physicians as an Assistant Professor. Advanced Surgical Innovation / Diagnostic Care
Dr. Peck offers advanced minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgery using the Da Vinci Surgical System. Her surgical expertise includes robotic hysterectomy, myomectomy, cystectomy, oophorectomy, hysteroscopic procedures, treatment of ectopic pregnancies, and other minimally invasive interventions. She further expanded her surgical expertise through advanced training with GYN Oncology of Houston, where she gained additional experience in complex gynecologic and robotic surgery. Her goal is to provide effective treatment options that may reduce recovery time and allow patients to return to their daily lives sooner.
Research, Clinical Insight, and Thought Leadership
Dr. Peck has contributed to academic medicine through both research and physician education. During her residency at Baylor College of Medicine, she received the Resident Research Award and presented research examining predictors of post-operative care following hysterectomy at the Baylor OB/GYN Research Day. Additionally, she served as an Assistant Professor, educating and evaluating medical students during their OB/GYN clinical rotations. These experiences reflect her commitment to advancing clinical knowledge and strengthening the next generation of physicians.
