Meet Michael Giovan, MD

Michael Giovan, MD, FAAOS, brings over two decades of orthopedic experience to his patients, with advanced training through a Shoulder and Sports Medicine Fellowship. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. His clinical expertise spans arthroscopic procedures of the shoulder and knee, total and reverse shoulder arthroplasty, and comprehensive orthopedic trauma care.

Dr. Giovan has served as Chief of Surgery, team physician for multiple schools and universities, and has delivered numerous presentations on shoulder health and sports medicine. His commitment to patient-centered care and education ensures that every individual feels informed and empowered throughout their treatment journey.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Giovan enjoys an active lifestyle as an avid gardener, golfer, and exercise enthusiast. He also loves hiking, kayaking, and spending time outdoors.
