Meet Michael Meinhold, DO
Dr. Michael Meinhold is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip replacement surgery, knee replacement surgery, revision joint replacement, fracture care, and general orthopedic surgery. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine before completing advanced fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction Surgery at the University of Miami in 2021.
Dr. Meinhold’s practice focuses on helping patients relieve pain, restore mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy through both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic care. He has advanced training in hip replacement surgery and knee replacement surgery, including robotic-assisted MAKO joint replacement, as well as evaluation and treatment of painful or failed joint replacements and issues with existing implants.
In addition to joint replacement care, Dr. Meinhold treats fractures, arthritis, injuries, and upper extremity conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome.
Known for his thoughtful and patient-centered approach, Dr. Meinhold believes patients deserve clear explanations, honest guidance, and individualized treatment plans tailored to their goals. He combines modern surgical techniques with compassionate care to help patients move more comfortably and confidently.
