Felt very confident in her care and consideration
My procedure has been extremely difficult. I am still in pain even though I believed the procedure was intended to relieve pain. She explained that my nerves were close to the surface. Something I was not aware of. Also she told me that the blood clot was still there although smaller. I was surprised because I thought the procedure was to REMOVE the clot. After my meeting with her I actually felt I was getting somewhere! My scheduled appointment was delayed and was sent to talk to me. The lady at the checkin is one of the best I have ever encountered!
