It would have been helpful if they had gotten me in the week before when I contacted them about the issue. Waiting a week later was not helpful.

Repetitions of certain words that are said without movement of lips may sometimes throw me off but generally I get the gists of whatever may be explained to me.

Everyone there should be fired except for doctors. All of the nurses except a few are there just to collect a check. Sit around nurse station and talk while we have machines beeping from batteries all through the night.
