Meet Mudassar Khan, DO
Dr. Khan is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who completed his fellowship in Orthopedic Trauma at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, New Jersey. He completed his residency in orthopedics at Jack Hughston Memorial Hospital, Phenix City, AL. Dr. Khan earned his degree at Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Vallejo, CA, and his B.A. in Biology, graduating Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas, Houston, TX.
Dr. Khan's professional experience includes serving as a staff orthopedic trauma surgeon at Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo, TX. During his time at Jack Hughston Memorial Hospital, he served on the Graduate Medical Education Committee, Residency Diversity Committee, and Residency Program Evaluation Committee.
His athletics and team coverage include women’s soccer, men’s basketball, physicals for all programs at Columbus State University, football for Muscogee County high schools, the Columbus Lions Professional Arena Football Team, and the Columbus Cottonmouths professional minor league hockey team.
In his free time, Dr. Khan enjoys basketball, hiking, boating, fishing, and golfing.
