Don't change anything. The Office Staff and Doctors' are great. Reminds me of the Doctor visits that used to be! Where you are treated like a human not an insurance claim! Seriously...and that sets this office apart from most now days.

in person care is great. to reach Natalie by phone is very cumbersome. I cannot hear on phone and my wife called for me. She said that she had a very hard time reaching her.
