Meet Nikia Marshall, WHNP, CNM, MSN
Nikia Marshall, CNM, MSN, WHNP-BC, APRN, is a board-certified nurse midwife and women’s health nurse practitioner who has provided care for women for over 11 years. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing dual degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She has been a member of the San Antonio medical community for since 2018. Nikia is passionate about providing specialized care to women with high-risk pregnancies.
Before joining the Maternal-Fetal Medicine team to care for women facing high-risk pregnancies, Nikia delivered more than 240 babies. Nikia’s nursing career began in 2004 and includes service in the U.S. Army Nurse Corps and deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Nikia relocated to Texas five years ago to be near her family.
Texas has always been her home, although she grew up traveling the world in a military family. She is accompanied by her two active boys, Jackson and Nicholas. From an early age, she always knew she wanted to dedicate her career to working with women. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, being active outdoors and traveling.
