Originally from Cape Verde Islands, Dr. Alves moved to the United States where he graduated from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York. Dr. Alves is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Cape Verdean Creole.

I have about as much time as he has for me!
Staff needs to take a bit more time to ensure patient understands the issue at hand. Also staff needs to make sure what they tell patient is exactly what is going to happen. If staff says something is going to happen then that action should indeed take place.
Our wait time is always short, labs can be done in the office. Its a so convenient for us. Our physician always takes the time to explain our issues and what treatments are needed to improve our health.
