Paul D. Sarna, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician dedicated to caring for the Texarkana community. With more than two decades of experience, he provides comprehensive services for patients of all ages—from preventive care and wellness exams to the management of chronic conditions such as diabetes and high cholesterol. Dr. Sarna also treats common concerns such as asthma, bronchitis, sinus infections, and musculoskeletal issues like back pain and rotator cuff injuries. His approach is rooted in building lasting relationships, listening to each patient’s needs, and delivering personalized care that helps families thrive.

Dr. Sarna brings over 20 years of compassionate family medicine experience to the Texarkana community. A proud graduate of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Medicine, he completed his residency in Family Medicine at the same institution and has been board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine since 1996. Holding medical licenses in both Texas and Arkansas, Dr. Sarna continues to serve his patients with warmth, skill, and dedication.
