Puja Hazari, FNP-C, assists in your neurological care in Tyler, Texas. She provides quality care during daily exams, manages your progress notes, and oversees your vital follow-up appointments. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West Florida in Pensacola. She is an active American Association of Nurse Practitioners member and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She believes, "Patient care is rooted in compassion, empathy, and evidence-based practice." She aims to build your trust and conduct comprehensive assessments of your health status.
