Meet Rachael Hacker, APRN, FNP

CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic’s Rachael Hacker, FNP, is committed to providing the highest quality care to patients aged five and up. With over 8 years of experience in family medicine, she specializes in services including acute and primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive care. Rachael is passionate about building trust through patient education, individualized care, and effective treatment plans that empower her patients to take control of their health to achieve long-term wellness.  

Her passion for nursing led her to earn a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN. She is nationally certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).  

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle. Her ideal day includes boating at the lake or spending a relaxing day at the beach.
