On my most recent visit, I did not feel like I was listened to & heard. , My specific health & history was not taken into account to guide treatment. I was told that because my TSH was within normal standard values medication couldn’t be considered even though I had radiation for cancer and the radiation oncologist informed & dictated I may have thyroid issues because it would be on the edge of the radiation field. I wasn’t provided individualized care.

He made suggestions as to what I should do next.

Every experience was great but one. I had one lazy nurse I would have gladly traded for another. His name was William. He was very lazy....not the best.

This clinic should be used as an example of how to treat patients.

annual physical was not a physical- only paper work

Dr. Nash is very committed and we just love him.

The clinic needs to call patients and go over labs. So we can ask questions if needed. Person to person.
