A Shreveport native, Dr. Stephanie Witte James received her undergraduate degree from Louisiana Tech University and medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. She completed her family medicine residency in 2014 at LSUHSC-S, withemphasis on disease prevention, minor skin surgeries and aesthetics. A staunch believer in Benjamin Franklin's immortal words, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, Dr. James aspires to forge personal relationships with her patients, partnering with them to promote positive lifestyle changes resulting in improved quality of health.
