I appreciate all that I interacted with.

1.0

She needs to be taught empathy or lose her license she is a monster.

1.0

She was very disrespectful and did not listen. The chart notes do not match what I said at all.

5.0

Entire staff was great.

5.0

Thank you for obviously doing your best.

5.0

She very concerned about my health

5.0

I finally felt like someone took me seriously and was listening to me. While the problems were not resolved yet, the provider has helped me take steps in what I hope is in the right direction to get to the root of my ailments.

4.0

I hope she learns to speak clearly and louder.

4.0

Not giving me as much info as I would have liked and once again the ct tech was the sweetest give her a raise

5.0

Thank you .

5.0

Good job. Keep on caring.

5.0

Ms. Karki is super friendly and knowledgeable. No judgement of anything. I always feel comfortable sharing my concerns with her. She responds quickly to MyChart messages.

2.0

Had to repeat things that where on a printed list, In their have several times. I would tell her something then she would explain what I just said back at me. Nothing new added, same thing I was saying. I don't trust her I will not be going back to her. I will never go back to a nurse practitioner again. There is a comment in my after summary review that she looked at my feet and I never wants took off my shoes. So she falsified information in her report. As a diabetic I cannot trust a medical professional that does this.

5.0

Best NP I've seen in a long time. Thank you.

5.0

Reaction time is quick. Time is valuable to me.

5.0

I'm somewhat hearing impaired. Sometimes she's difficult to understand.

5.0

She is awesome

1.0

I told her about the OBVIOUS cyst that is causing pain in my hand and she just told me to not use my hand. It is my DOMINANT hand. It’s IMPOSSIBLE. She made me feel like I was an inch tall and that I didn’t matter.

5.0

She's quick to answer back through MyChart. I would highly recommend her.

5.0

Good experience overall

5.0

Great office staff which is rare

5.0

Karki gave me 3 prescriptions. I am feeling so much better. She is excellent in prescribing treatment programs.

4.0

She’s very understanding and listens to what my concerns are.

5.0

I feel very comfortable and cared for by her.

2.0

I came to Dr. Karki twice about my allergy and hearing concerns. Instead of listening to me about an ENT, she proceeded with her own procedure both times.

5.0

Thank you for everything:)

5.0

Please keep SUNITA KARKI around. She is an asset to the clinic. Though I am very happy with Dr. Jordan Owens’ excellent level of care, I appreciate having a high quality assistant like SUNITA KARKI on staff to see me when he is not available.

4.0

Need more improve.

It had to have been the worst experience at a drs office ive ever had.Considering ive had cancer 2 times is saying alot.I took my dad in to get him evaluated, the fnp wanted to do the test with me in the room. Its as if they have no exxperience with ""special"" people, such as demetia, altymers, etc.I feel like i know more about demetia than they did,by just reading on the interenet. His caregiver had taken him to the clinic at 8828 broadway for a vivsit. They noted on the paperwork, everything was fine,he didnt need a follow up.No mention of any problems.he's in stage 5 of dementia, seriously.I took him to his visit in july,I asked promptly to speak with the fnp b4 or after the visit. The nurses seemed confused why I wanted to speak with her.SHe refused to talk to me before the visit, she,Sunita Karki also refused to talk to me after the visit.I called to voice my concern in her absense or refusal to speak to me.They responded by saying ,she would call me at the end of the day to discuss his meds.ANother refusal became apparent when her aid called me and had no idea of any medications, other than looking them up on the internet.I find this uterly sad and very unclassic of a fnp,not a dr.It feels as though she is above everyone.A fnp to me is just a glorified nurse. They do not study diseases of any sort. They cant even perscribe an aspirin without the drs signature.Yet she is above the dr.Maybe she needs a talk about how healthcare effects older people and how demetina, alty, and other killing diseases of seniors.I will be looking for a new fnp or dr closer to my home that is friendly towards my requests as well as the patients well being.FAIL FAIL FAiL..

This was the most positive experience I've had with a Chritus provider since Dr Cushman left.

Nothing more at this time.

I think I’ve already said too much. There’s room for improvement. But she did listen to everything I said it just seemed not to matter to her one way or another. I felt dismissed and rejected and like she didn’t believe me or she looked down on me. She had already made up her mind about me before she ever laid eyes on me or spoke to me and that’s for sure. Nothing I could have said or done would have changed her mind. Not even my drug screen being negative for everything. I will always be classified as an abuser instead of a user and I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to find anyone to make it right and actually advocate for me and restore my reputation and good name. Looks like I’ll be mislabeled for life. And wrongly judged. And treated disrespectfully harshly and with disgust and disregard. Shame. It really is.

Thank you,

Looking forward to getting to know the Doctors better.

This is three doctor visits and still having the same issues.

The doctor asked me what pharmacy I used and I told her it was the Walgreens on Broadway and she sent it to a different pharmacy. The one that was already on file so she didn’t even change that if you can’t listen to the basic things and we talked about that twice if you don’t hear me when I say that, how do you hear me when I say what’s wrong with me and how I’m feeling and she told me that I’ve had pain and headache and other issues for years and years because an x-ray didn’t show anything there must not be anything wrong with me. Those were her exact words. She also did not refill my pain medication. She did refill a $4000 medicine that I haven’t taken in three years , and as soon as she asked for medication, I hand it to her. She tell me which one she’s not gonna feel not gonna feel not not gonna feel well then don’t ask me for the medication list. Just look on there and tell me which ones you’re gonna feel you know going by my chart she’s going by old information information that was incorrect to begin with and had me listed to have a tobacco abuse Disorder. That’s exactly what it said so I have a tobacco abuse disorder because I smoke cigarettes, then overweight people who eat too much sugar have a sugar abuse and should be listed as such and we should ban everybody from the same way we try to ban everybody from cigarettes and alcohol and anything else , highly offended. I change my primary care provider to. I’m very disappointed. I pay a great deal for healthcare. I’ve worked my whole life to get it. I’ve been paying taxes since I was 15 years old. I’m now 51 and I deserve to have the best medical care available . The whole atmosphere there is very scary, dreary, confining, drab, disappointing sad I was in tears before I left there

It's important that the patients feel welcome and heard. Not like they're interrupting your day, or like you have something else you'd rather be doing.

5.0

A real valuable asset to your medical team.

5.0

Everyone at this office is friendly and helpful.

2.0

She needs to listen more to her patients

3.0

We love the nurses and receptionists at the office. Just hoping for a more intentional exam time with the physicians and looking for better follow through with patients.

2.0

She was very soft spoke & had to ask her many times to speak up. Neither she nor the nurse took my temperature. Didn’t give me any explanation on what might be wrong. Only gave me cough medicine & I had to ask for that. Would rather not have to see her again

4.0

Did not how problem could be brought on

4.0

It is important that providers look away from the computer and make eye contact with the patient. It’s just a respectful way of showing your patient they are being heard.

Karki is an asset to Christus Clinic and she and Dr. Hobson are both great at helping people.

3.0

she seemed nice but was distracted.

2.0

I don’t expect to be her friend but I do expect her to see me as a person. Not a piece of paper.

Dr

5.0

I feel fortunate to have her as my doctor.

3.0

I believe the provider was inexperienced and poorly educated in offering medication other than that included in a diagnostic protocol.
