Her journey in the field of medicine began with a solid educational foundation. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from William Carey University of Osteopathic Medicine, where she honed her clinical skills and deepened her passion for family medicine. Before that, she graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a major in biology and a minor in chemistry.

Dr. Saldino's professional journey led her to UAMS-Southwest, where she completed her Family Medicine Residency in Texarkana, Arkansas. During her residency, she received extensive training in inpatient and outpatient medicine, gaining expertise in various clinical procedures. Her clinical skills include full spectrum primary care, from newborn and well-child care to geriatric care. Dr. Saldino is also well-versed in women's health services.

Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Saldino is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Arkansas Academy of Family Physicians, the American Association of Family Physicians, and the National Medical Association. Her dedication to the medical field extends beyond the clinic, as she founded and currently serves as the President of Odin's Oasis Rescue, a Texarkana-based rescue organization dedicated to saving neglected and abused animals in the community.
