Dr. Rackley received her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2005. She is board certified in pediatrics and is a Fellow with the American Academy of Pediatrics. She applies an evidence-based perspective to the treatment andprevention of childhood illnesses, and believes in a whole-family approach to health and happiness. Dr. Rackley is married with three children, and loves being both mother and pediatrician.

Bedside manner needs improvement. A better process needs to be in place for patients of a physician that had left the practice
Better communication
The providers have never been an issue. They can only do as well as their front staff informs them.
The practice is overall clean and tidy and we always feel comfortable.
Listen to the parents. Some parents overreact but I think I know what I’m talking about being I see these types of sick babies everyday and treat them. Along with the fact that I live with my daughter and see a clear status change that’s progressing slowly to an ER visit or admission

The front desk lady almost violating the HIPPA law and almost requiring us to fill out a medical history page and acting rude and belligerent is the cause of these low marks.

Dr. Rackley and staff has always been polite and patient. Only one thing I was told I had a past due balance of $56.00 from a previous visit and I had no knowledge of. Rep told me it was from 2019..I said mam we are approaching 2022 and I am barely being told about this. I didn't want to delay appointment or the person waiting behind me. I asked why wasn't I informed about this long ago? She replied we got a new system. She then apologized so I paid but it was a inconvince. I have been at clinic countless times surely someone could have let me know.
