He graduated from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara (UAG) with his medical degree and completed a family medicine residency with CHRISTUS Health/Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi, TX.
With over a decade of experience as a personal trainer, Dr. Foss brings a strong foundation in fitness and wellness to the clinic, emphasizing preventive care as a cornerstone of long-term health and well-being.

If I can help my patients in a preventive care approach, then we can try to avoid the medicines. However, there is a time when medicine is the best option.”
In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, golfing, working out, traveling, and volunteering at church.
