With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Colgan specializes in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular disease, and internal medicine. He is experienced in treating a wide variety of conditions including heart disease, valvular disease, arrhythmia, and hypertension.
Dr. Colgan is board-certified in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular medicine, echocardiography, and internal medicine. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology at St. Thomas College in St. Paul, MN. He also obtained his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin Medical School in Madison, WI. He completed his internship in Medicine and Pediatrics at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA. He also completed both his residency and his cardiovascular disease fellowship at the Emory University Affiliated Hospitals in Atlanta, GA.
