Yen-Linh Tran Krantz, M.D. is a dedicated and accomplished medical professional passionate about patient care at CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic. With a diverse background in medicine, athletics, and volunteer work, Dr. Krantz embodies a well-rounded approach to patient care.

Dr. Krantz has an extensive educational background, beginning with her bachelor’s degree at Baylor University, where she pursued health science studies. She was recognized through various honors, including the Baylor Interdisciplinary Core (BIC) program, the Baylor Provost's Gold Academic Scholarship, and inclusion in the Baylor Deans Academic Honors List. Dr. Krantz then attended the University of Texas Health, Long School of Medicine, where she earned her Doctor of Medicine. During medical school, she demonstrated clinical acumen and a dedication to teaching and mentorship, guiding first- and second-year medical students in developing clinical skills.

As a resident physician at Christus Santa Rosa Family Medicine in San Antonio, Dr. Krantz honed her skills across various medical disciplines, from inpatient care to obstetrics and emergency medicine. This experience further enriched her understanding of comprehensive patient care.

Beyond her medical pursuits, Dr. Krantz interests extend to physical fitness, travel, exploring cuisines and historic sites, and maintaining an avid interest in sports, particularly the San Antonio Spurs and New Orleans Saints.
