Meet Yolanda Jacques, PMHNP

Yolanda Jacques, PMHNP, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who brings more than 10 years of nursing experience to CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in Ruidoso. She is passionate about helping people through life’s most challenging moments with care that is both compassionate and evidence-based. Yolanda specializes in treating mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and more. She provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and works closely with patients and families to create personalized treatment plans. Her approach focuses on cultural sensitivity and trauma-informed care, ensuring every patient feels respected and understood. Yolanda earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at El Paso and is licensed in both New Mexico and Texas. She is committed to serving rural communities and improving access to mental health care for those who need it most. When Yolanda isn’t caring for patients, she enjoys connecting with her community and advocating for mental health awareness.
