Our Urologic Oncologists work closely with a broad range of specialties to ensure that the most advanced treatments are provided to our patients. These specialties include radiation oncology, medical oncology, genetics, pathology, radiology, palliative medicine, interventional radiology, nutrition, and rehabilitation medicine.
As many of the newest forms of treatment are available through a range of clinical trials, our physicians can provide access to these studies. Studies range from improved early detection to cancer prevention, to new surgical therapies, medical therapies, and immune-based treatments. For some advanced tumors, access to Phase I clinical trials, often the first time new medications are tested, is also available.
