Dr. Eric Minns received his medical degree from the Texas Tech University School of Medicine. He completed a general surgery residency through the Robert Packer Hospital in Pennsylvania and a plastic surgery residency through The Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas. Dr. Minns has extensive experience in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  He brings nine years of plastic surgery experience with him to CHRISTUS St. Vincent. Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Neff is an internal medicine specialist, caring for patients with services including same-day sick visits, wellness exams, including sports physicals, as well as managing acute and chronic illnesses. Dr. Neff is a member of the Texas Medical Association, Alpha Omega Alpha (honor medical society), the Nueces County Medical Society and Fellow of American College of Physicians. He graduated magna cum laude from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, ranking 2nd in his class of 200.
