Leo Santos, AGACNP received his Masters of Science in Nursing in Adult Gerontologic Acute Care from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of the City of Manila from Manila, Philippines.

Santos has completed extensive clinical practicum and has been a nurse for 20 years in a critical care setting; including mentoring and leadership responsibilities.
