Our Approach

The Neuroscience Institute’s Pain Center is well known in the East Texas region for its comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to easing suffering and improving the quality of life of people living with pain. Our board-certified, fellowship-trained pain management experts collaborate with neurologists, neurosurgeons, specialists in spine, stroke and physical medicine and rehabilitation, and highly trained nurses – all under the same roof – to provide a comprehensive range of treatments and a personalized program of care for each patient we treat.

Approximately 40 million Americans suffer from pain that does not respond to aspirin or ibuprofen. We’re committed to providing those who choose us to help them manage their pain with the highest quality care and exceptional patient experiences. A long list of satisfied patients and former patients attests to our success.

For new patients, our plan of care starts with conservative treatment, physical therapy and medication. We also offer state-of-the-art interventional and surgical options to provide pain relief and improve the quality of life.
