Enterprise Resource Planning

Our Enterprise Resource Project (ERP) is a system-wide way to make CHRISTUS Associates’ everyday tasks simpler, more efficient and located all in one place (a platform called Infor). These changes come in three areas, Finance, Supply Chain and HR (including Workforce Management).

On Feb. 1, 2020, ERP and the Infor platform are coming to CHRISTUS St. Michael, CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini and CHRISTUS Shreveport-Bossier! This means that Associates in these ministries will be able to accomplish and/or approve many of the things that now take several different logins, like approving invoices, ordering supplies easily and viewing their department’s financial reports. Read on for all the information you’ll need to be ready for this change!
