Very prepared and thoughtful
More explanation needed on how the drugs work and what to expect when, especially any complications
By comparison to my previous doctor here in Nacogdoches, I felt like a patient and not a NUMBER that had to be processed...3-4 hours wait for maybe 10 minutes of seeing the 'doctor'!!!
The provider showed high level of knowledge, understanding, and compassion.
