The only thing I didn’t like was that they seemed to be in a hurry to leave. Didn’t have time to process the information and then ask questions.

She was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable asking questions and voicing concerns. Very knowledgeable and explained things so I could get a good grasp of the conversation.
