Inpatient Rehabilitation

The focus of our program is for our patients to regain function and return to their normal activities. Patients accepted into the acute rehabilitation program must meet specific admission criteria including loss of function related to a disease or condition and must be referred by a physician.

Typical diagnoses of patients admitted to the inpatient rehab facility include:

  • Stroke
  • Brain injury
  • Spinal cord injury
  • Other neurological conditions
  • Amputations
  • Post-traumatic injuries
  • Patients generally receive three hours of one-on-one therapy five days a week as part of their treatment plan.

Team members include doctors, rehab nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, recreational therapists, case managers, speech-language pathologists, dietitians, clinical psychologists, social workers and chaplains.
