3D Mammography

3D mammography is an advanced technology in the fight against breast cancer that allows doctors to examine your breast tissue one layer at a time. Very low X-ray energy is used during the screening examination so your radiation exposure is below the FDA guidelines. Combining the 3D exam with digital mammography for screening has been proven to significantly reduce callbacks by up to 40%, and find cancer earlier than 2D mammography alone.

Bone Density Scan

Dual-energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DXA), an advanced bone measurement technology, uses low-dose radiation to safely, painlessly and precisely measure Bone Mineral Density (BMD). BMD is calculated and compared to normal BMD values, matched for your age and gender, and the DXA system produces your T Score results instantly. The exam is fast and non-invasive.
