The class schedule is modified periodically to address member feedback, class popularity, and participation level. Classes with low participation level (less than 5 per class) are subject to cancellation.

The pool/spa hours are open 24/7.

However, the pool is closed for physical therapy Monday — Friday, 8:45 a.m. – 9:35 a.m. and 2 p.m. – 3 p.m.
