Our salaries are reviewed annually to ensure they are consistent with or above average resident salaries in similar markets. The pay cycle is every two weeks.
Base annual salary structure:
First Year: $56,000
Second Year: $58,000
Third Year: $60,000
Additional pay is afforded to third-year residents elected to serve as chief residents.
