David Chan, Pharm.D., MBA
David Chan is the Pharmacy Director at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa – Westover Hills. He graduated from Midwestern University in 2005 and started his acute care track as a per diem pharmacist in 2007 while managing a retail pharmacy local to Phoenix, Arizona. In 2008, he transitioned to hospital directorship at Arizona Heart, then middle management at Banner University Medical Center for four years. In 2016, David was able to move to a system director role where he continued through to Indiana, Texas, and Pennsylvania. He was able to reconnect with family back in Arizona when the COVID crisis first arose and moved to Texas for a director role with CHRISTUS Santa Rosa – Westover Hills, where he is rebuilding the clinical and residency program. During his career, he has obtained his MBA and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He has applied these skills in facilities as small as 150 to 1000 beds where results improved workflow, optimized pharmacotherapies, and leaned on-hand inventory.
Nhi Bui, Pharm.D., BCPS
Nhi Bui graduated from the University of Houston, College of Pharmacy. She then completed a residency at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. She currently serves as our Residency Program Director and is the primary preceptor for Infectious Diseases. She enjoys working collaboratively with the Infection Control Team and teaching pharmacy students. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new food (Mexican and Asian are her favorite) and spending quality time with her husband and two children.
Nathalie Quach, Pharm.D., BCPS
Nathalie Quach is the Residency Coordinator of the PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa – Westover Hills. Nathalie graduated from the University of Texas at Austin – College of Pharmacy in 2016. She then completed a residency at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville, Texas. Currently, she serves as the primary preceptor for the Critical Care rotations. When she’s not working, you will most likely find her planning her next big trip or exploring the city’s newest food scenes.
Phu Dinh, Pharm.D., BCPS
Phu Dinh is a California native and graduated from the University of Incarnate Word - Feik School of Pharmacy. Upon graduation, he has set his roots here in San Antonio, Texas. He enjoys working with both pharmacy students and residents and is currently the primary preceptor for Orientation and Staffing. He is also known as the “IT guru” in the Pharmacy Department. Outside of work, you can find Phu at the newest and hippest restaurant.
Brittany Flynt, Pharm.D.
Brittany Flynt is a South Texas native and graduated from the University of Incarnate Word - Feik School of Pharmacy in 2014. She is currently the primary preceptor for Internal Medicine I and enjoys working collaboratively with the physicians. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children. She also enjoys traveling and trying new recipes.
