CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic - Richmond Road

Virtual Visits

Our Approach

A select few CHRISTUS clinics, including this one, are accepting appointments to vaccinate recipients. As our hospitals continue to care for patients with COVID and other medical needs, we will be offering these vaccinations through our clinics, as they are better prepared to provide this type of care to large groups of the public.

Please note, an online appointment is required to receive the vaccine. CHRISTUS clinics and urgent cares are not scheduling any appointments via phone or in-person. All appointment requests for the vaccine will need to follow the process below:

Step 1: To see if you are eligible to receive the vaccine, click the yellow chat icon to your right to connect you with Christy, our virtual assistant.
Step 2: Christy, our virtual assistant, will ask you a few screening questions to ensure you are eligible for the vaccine.
Step 3: If you qualify for the vaccine, Christy will help you find an appointment at the nearest available CHRISTUS clinic or urgent care. If registration is full, check back daily as slots become available.
Step 4: Complete your registration by filling out all patient information online and confirming your appointment date, time and clinic location.

If you have questions about your personal health concerns or history and how that might be impacted by vaccination, we encourage you to talk with your primary care provider, who knows your conditions and your history and can advise you personally.

If you've registered for a COVID-19 vaccine online, dose #1 and dose #2 have been reserved for you at the time of your scheduled appointment.

We offer a wide variety of medical services. Below is a list of the most common services that we offer.

  • Primary care and preventive medicine for patients of all ages
  • Sick and well office visits
  • Acute disease care
  • Chronic disease care
  • Physicals
  • Immunizations
  • Lab services

Virtual Medicine

We offer virtual care for your immediate health concerns. See our physicians below who offer virtual visits. Learn about how video visits and telephone visits work. Universal Masking

We at CHRISTUS Health value your health and safety. Consistent with recommendations from the CDC and the Texas Medical Board, we are requiring all patients, visitors and employees to wear a mask while within our facilities. Masks are not advised for children under age 2. Please bring your mask from home with you to your appointment. Any double layered cloth mask covering your nose and mouth is appropriate for visiting our clinics as long as it does not have an exhalation valve. If you cannot come alone to your appointment, please bring no more than 1 essential visitor with you.

If you are ill with fever and cough or shortness of breath, please contact your clinician's office for instructions before coming into the clinic.
