CHRISTUS Health primary care pediatricians are here to support the healthy physical and emotional development of your children from birth through high school. We offer families a medical home where children feel welcome and parents find confidence in the quality of care. It is important that we the patient-provider relationships are based on mutual understanding, communication and care. Rest assured, we are committed to providing your child with the best pediatric health care.
Prioritizing Your Child's Health
For your child’s first visit, please bring a copy of the immunization record, insurance card, and a list of all medications. If you are moving from another pediatric practice, our staff will request medical records on your behalf from your previous provider. Our providers will have a parent sign the request form on the first visit.
Please contact us to schedule an appointment as soon as you think your child might need to be seen. If you need help determining if your child should be checked out, please call early in the day so that we can guide you through the decision-making process. Same-day appointments are available for sick visits, sports physicals, and well-child checkups.
For well child care, such as immunizations and check-ups, please make an appointment as early as possible. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that any required paperwork can be handled before your scheduled time.

To make sure we continue to follow the CDC's recommendation for Universal Masking; we are asking all patients, visitors and employees to wear a mask while visiting our facilities. Homemade cloth masks are appropriate for visiting our clinics, you can follow instructions to make a safe mask here.
