Our salaries are reviewed annually to ensure they are consistent with or above average resident salaries in similar markets. The pay cycle is monthly.
Base annual salary structure
Effective July 1, 2025
PGY-1: $59,000 - CME: $450
PGY-2: $61,000 - CME: $600
PGY-3: $63,000 - CME: $750
Additional Reimbursements
Paid Time Off
21 days annually for vacation days, sick days, personal days, etc.
5 CME days for PGY-2 and PGY-3
