BEFORE THE START DATE (no exceptions): Contract Workers new to CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System must complete and email the processing information forms to SRHC.HR.firstname.lastname@example.org and meet the orientation requirements below:

ID Badge, Parking, and Compliance Requirements
Upon receipt of all required documents, the HR Representative will notify Vendor/Contract Worker to stop by the Security office to take their Photo ID. Once all items have been completed, contract worker may begin working at the facility.
