Vicki LaRue is an accomplished healthcare executive with over two decades of experience driving innovation, operational excellence, and strategic transformation in clinical settings. As System Director of Clinical Operations Support at CHRISTUS Health, she leads enterprise-wide initiatives that span virtual care, research, academics, and clinical improvement.

Vicki holds a Master of Arts in Professional Development, a Master of Philosophy in Psychology and is currently pursuing her PhD. She is certified in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) and is a GE Master Change Agent. In 2024, she completed the Yale School of Management Certification in Healthcare Management.

Recognized for her contributions to healthcare innovation, Vicki is a two-time Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Examiner and recipient of the 2022 Outstanding Healthcare Innovator Award by D Magazine's CEO Excellence in Healthcare.
