Academic Partners

CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Health System has partnerships with several academic institutions and universities that offer bridge programs for nurses, online courses, and tuition discounts to help encourage RNs to return to school to further their education. Also, to encourage other Associates to seek out a Nursing Degree. This information and more are made easily available through the academic partnerships which was formed with academic institutions. Since 2013, the Clinical Education and Professional Development Department has secured agreements with multiple colleges and universities to provide concierge service and tuition discounts for its nurses and other Associates.

Tuition Reimbursement

A major goal of Human Resources (HR) and the Clinical Education and Professional Development Department is the career advancement of every Associate at CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Health System. In an effort to encourage Associates to seek higher education for their benefit, and for the overall benefit of the System, the Tuition Reimbursement program is offering assistance as Associates pursue their education. Tuition Reimbursement is a reward of $2,500 per year. The $2,500 can also be used towards obtaining a nursing specialty certification.
