CHRISTUS Spohn's Neuroscience Program combines a team of skilled neurologists, neurosurgeons and highly trained clinical staff that provide advanced care for a wide range of neurological conditions. Our Cardiac Rehabilitation Services are certified by the American Academy of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, a distinction few programs receive. Our Cardiac Rehab program offers ECG (electrocardiograph) monitored exercise, education, counseling, and support for patients and their families to help people who experience a cardiac event or heart disease to recover faster, return to more full and productive lives and reduce the risk and severity of future heart disease. 

Our Trauma Center and Emergency Department team includes highly trained physicians and medical personnel that specialize in emergency medical and surgical treatment. We combine technology with compassion to treat thousands of patients each year. CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi – Shoreline is the region’s only Level II Trauma Center. CHRISTUS Spohn's partnership with HALO-Flight air emergency helicopter service offers timely transport when minutes matter. HALO-Flight is another essential part of our commitment to provide you with convenient care. 

At CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi-Shoreline, our heart and vascular physicians perform complex heart procedures in the Dan A. Hughes Family Hybrid Suite. Heart care at CHRISTUS Spohn Heart Institute has been recognized for its cardiovascular care by leading medical groups. The Heart Institute features a nationally accredited Chest Pain Center with percutaneous coronary intervention and is dedicated to treating cardiac emergencies 24-hours-a-day. 

State-of-the-art equipment, board-certified radiologists, registered radiology technicians and prompt service allow for early diagnosis and management of disease.

We provide a variety of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services for those who have been injured or have been ill. 

CHRISTUS Spohn Shoreline - Neuroscience Institute is dedicated to the treatment of disorders affecting all parts of the spine anatomy: cervical. thoracic lumbar, sacral and coccyx. Our experienced program provides Coastal Bend spine surgical candidates with a personalized, comprehensive program close to home and their support system.

Our comprehensive Spine Program offers a complete continuum of care including pre-surgery education classes, inpatient and outpatient surgery, and rehabilitation. We deliver an excellent experience with quality outcomes.

This Dan A. Hughes Family Hybrid Suite at CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi-Shoreline is the only operating room of its kind in the region. This unique surgical suite combines the most advanced surgical and imaging technology available. With state-of-the-art surgical suites, our board-certified surgeons and experienced nursing team perform a broad spectrum of inpatient and outpatient surgeries, from minimally invasive to complex open-heart surgeries.
