The CHRISTUS Health Associate Relief Fund provides financial assistance to CHRISTUS Health Associates who are experiencing personal short-term financial hardship due to a tragedy, disaster, or other extreme life events. Please donate to provide support to our Associates.

If you would like to apply for assistance through the CHRISTUS Health Associate Relief Fund, please fill out the application. The Associate Relief Committee reviews completed applications to determine eligibility.
